I AM LOOKING FOR ANY HELP ON WHY MY BRAKE PETALS IS VERY SOFT AFTER BRAKES WERE CHANGED AND MY STEERING WILL NOT SNAP BACK PROPERLY.....STRUGGLING WITH THESE ISSUES

What do you mean by "steering will not snap back"? Is it not tending to recenter after turning a corner? Are you talking about the steering column tilt?
