So, while spraying some purfume one morning, the nozzle was turned and i guess sprayed the center vent. The next day i noticed black spots and thinking it was dirt rubbed it with me finger and relized the paint had come off. Any ideas to fix this or cheap ways to repair/replace that will look as good as new? Thanks!

Wahhh?
Any chance your IS is under warranty, either new or secondary? That's DEFINITELY not supposed to happen.
Even if the car's out of warranty i'd still show your dealer. The only method of repair is to replace, and it's pretty costly. Also try eBay for a used one, might save a little $$$.
Can you take a picture of the damage? Is it only the vent that's damaged? Or the radio? Upper dash area?

If your car still has a warranty, replacing it may be the best solution.
