The speedometer in my 93 SC 400, hasn't worked since I bought it couple months back. It flops randomly ...(for the most part).... like it's getting some kinda signal from the sensors or one sensor or even partial signal from somewhere...lol..so that leads me to believe the gauge is ok.
My question..... ....Am I correct in assuming the two sensors ( one either side of the trans tail shaft housing) are the sensors in question?
Are these sensors the most obvious cause?

Thx in advance

probably not the sensor on your transmission. It's likely the cluster itself.
