ED. Posted July 16, 2008 Share Posted July 16, 2008 Usually for safety reasons it is just the opposite. On my 1990 car, I can hold the remote down and it will roll all windows down and press the lock button and it will roll all windows up. Then they changed it on my 1997 to where my key will only roll them down and not up. Say if someone has their hand in the window. raymsixsix Posted July 16, 2008 Share Posted July 16, 2008 As far as I know, central opening and closing of all windows and sunroof with remote and/or key did not start until the '98 LS.
