What is the difference between the Nakamichi radio, and the stock radio? They look Identical, except for the nakamichi saying Nakamichi on it?

The radio itself is the same. The Nakamichi sound option refers to a better amp and speakers.

My Lexus is the only car I've owned that is quiet enough to enjoy classical music at freeway speeds. :)

I would also say, the sound is much better on the Nachamichi compared to the stock Pioneer.
