We had the exact same problem with our 2010 RX350. Luckily for us it did the same thing for the Lexus technician when we took it in so they ordered and installed a new radio. Haven't had any problems since.

Does anyone know if the windshield in the 2010 RX350 is the same as in the 2009 RX350? I want to buy a custom fit sun shade for my recently purchased 2010 and all that is currently available online is for the 2009 models. Thanks, Dave

Same thing here. I just purchased my 2010 RX350 one week ago. The manual shows a TPMS reset button and how to operate it and resit it, but all that is there on the vehicle is a black plastic cover.
