I have 93 GS 300 and my cup holder doesn't pop out anylonger. Any ideas on how to get it out so I can see what I need to do to fix it?

:D Hi All, I just want to thank everyone who advised me on installing the original CD changer. I had it installed today and I am very happy with the quality sound. For those who do not know, I just bought my 1993 GS300 and it didn't come with a CD Changer, so I took a poll and asked the board if I should go with an after market CD changer (FM modulator) or get the CD changer for the car. I used the "Lifeline" and asked the board and that was my "Final answer". I am very pleased with the quality sound. Thanks All, Big G

Ohh, it locks the hood and trunk so one cannot use the buttons to open them?

Hi All, on a 1993 GS300, can someone tell me what the key insertion is for between the trunk and hood buttons or pull tabs. It is located near the front left knee on the panel under the steering column. I think there is a faded picture on it. Thanks

Hi All, i just bought my 93 GS300 and I came from a 5 speed Z car. 1. I am not sure when to keep the overdrive button on. I did notice the RPM change when it is off. Does it act like a 5th gear? 2. What will save me more gas and car repairs? Overdrive on or off? In Southern Cal, we try to make gas pump stops as least as possible :) 3. The console button "Normal/Power (I think)" What are those functions? I have the book (CD) for the car on order and when it arrives, I hope to understand more. Thanks, Gilbert

The car looks nice with the new rims and tires. I would agree with most people here saying it came out nice; however, I am reluctant to give up ride comfort for looks. I have the same car, color, and year and I want to go with a larger than factory tire, but want to make the transition without taking away from the ride confort and gas milage. What have you learned from making the tire size mod that you could share with me? If you could do it all over again, would you go with an 18 instead of a 19" wheel or maybe even a 17"? Just looking for some insite. Thanks, G.

TT, I have a backup key on order that should arrive by Thursday. I will be happy to ship your friend in Florida my key. Hopefully the problem is with the key. Hi All, I've been researching this problem. Results: I do not have the reprogramming procedure and even the dealer could not help me. They wanted me to purchase a new key to see if that would fix it and if that didn't do it they wanted me to purchase a new computer for the car and still they didn't know if that was going to fix it. I went to Kerney Mesa Lexus in San Diego California. I am stuck right now and no one seems to have an idea of how to fix this problem. I tried www.streetkeys.com and they could not help or recommend a place that might offer assistance.
