  1. just got brand new rear struts and rear mounts installed and now i hear a squeaking sound coming from the rear when i go over bumps. anything i can do to stop them from squeaking? thanks
  2. does anybody know the size of the transmisison line for a 2001 toyota tundra. i'd like to install one of these inline filters external transmission filter thanks
  3. could it be possible that too much air through the intake can throw off the ecu causing it show a check engine light?
  4. i had the same problem with my 98 es300. using an existing air intake tubing i just extended it into the fender with flex tubing and hooked up a k&n oval round filter at the end (to make it a CAI). at first i didnt get the check engine light, even after driving it for ~300mi at 60-75mph. it wasnt a week later til i got the check engine light. i then reset the ecu and efi by pulling the fuse and disconnecting the battery. when i hooked everything back up and started the car, the car seemed to hesitate (like it was struggling to suck in air...and almost surging). so as a temporary fix i disconnected the flex tubing and just connected the filter to the intake tubing (regular intake) and after a day the check engine light disappeared. i know should have taken it to autozone and got the codes pulled, but i didnt have time. after reading your post, just thinking maybe we had the same problem
  5. what is the difference between a head gasket and a valve cover gasket? which one will be the cause of visible oil leak on the front of the engine? are gaskets for sell on ebay any reliable than ones sold at the dealer? 98 es300 gaskets

  7. the MDX does look might fine with its turbo-charged engine; a luxury suv thats turbo charged...doesnt get any better than that oh yeah.. 1. christina aguilera / 2007 is350 2. fergie 3. 2007 tundra
  8. has anyone have any issues after installing the whiteline sway bar it hits the gas tank lip as you go over small bumps? i had the bar installed at a auto shop with new endlinks and bushings (i'd do it myself but im out at college) any advice or ideas?
  9. ive seen posts saying it could be the busings, but if the bushings are completely new, why would it be the bushings being faulty?
  10. you can pick one up from autozone but as SK said you dont need one since you've got CAI plus from my experience, it just restricts the air flow from your intake.
  11. i just got my sway bar (whiteline sway bar) installed this past thursday (new endlinks, and bushings). now when i go over small bumps i hear this loud thump coming from the rear passenger side. any ideas? could it be a bad rear shock absorber?
  12. i just received my whiteline sway (BTR39 - made for 98 camry) bar in the mail the other day and it came with only 20mm bushings. will these bushings work with the exisiting (bushing) brackets for the 98 es300? im currently looking for replacement endlinks. thanks
  13. are these the end links and bushings you guys are referring to? if so, are these any good? ebay what size end links and bushings do i need to buy?
  14. Toysrme, you mean to change the existing end links and bushings? im at a total lost of what i should do. should i take a chance and buy an end link kit and bushings at the local parts store?
  15. are there any modifications to be noted when installing the Whiteline BTR39 20mm Rear Sway Bar, even though its for a 98 camry?
