  1. ball joints brandy new-not even 100 miles on them and its not a brake click when brake pedal is depresed. only does it when wheel is turned all the way to the left or right. it will make the noise without applying brakes. its a real creaking noise and its driving me crazy. no play in the front end. thanks for all suggestions.
  2. i have 2000 gs 400 and still have noise in the front end even after replacing the ball joints(both sides). its a creaking noise and only happens when coming to a stop. any help would be apriciated-thank you
  3. replaced mine at 77k and they were ready to fall out. THey where super bad.
  4. well you should first find out if you need one or both front ABS SENSORS (save some money). best way to to determine which one is bad is to check resistance in abs sensor (sensor side-two wire terminal). what it comes down to is if you have resistance sensor is good and if you dont have resistance sensor is bad. I think spec is 1100-1800 ohms or close, but again if sensor shows resistance, sensor is good. hoppe this helps
  5. in need of left front abs sensor for 2000 gs 400.(used or new). if enyone have one for sale or have idea where to get one other than a dealer. thank you !!!
  6. use floor jack and lift the front of the vehicle as high as u can(front only), then open your radiator cap and add some coolant(MAKE SURE ENGINE IS COLD!!!!!!!!). after you fill you radiator replace the cap, warm up your car and check if problem still exist. what you doing is gravity forcing coolant into your heater core and eliminating air pockets that you car may have. let me know if this work. MAKE SURE YOUR CAR IS IN PARK AND YOUR E-BRAKE APPLIED.
