Need Navigation System For A 07 Es350

I purchased my 07 ES350 without the navigation system, but now I need one. I would like an in dash system and not one of those mobile one's. Can I go to the dealer and get it installed or does anybody have any recommendation on an aftermarket system and where to get it installed? Any help is greatly appreciated. -

Need New Tire Before Driving 20,000 Miles?

I purchased my 07 ES350 in Aug 2006 and the tire pressure light went on for me also. I took it to the dealer and it was my spare tire in the trunk that was turning the light on. After spare tire got inflated the tire pressure turned off. You might want to check this. -
