I have the nav w/o the ML sound system. I did not think the ML was worth the extra $1,000.

I was told they took the dash off and placed foam under all contact points (I'm sure it was more complicated). As I mentioned, they did fix the "sporadic" problem, so I am very happy. It was done at Larry H Miller Lexus in Salt Lake City.

I just took my 2004 RX330 in because of dash noise. The dealer had it for a day and fixed the problem. Must have experience with others.

Just had my 1,000 mile service and asked the service manager about eliminating the beep for the rear door. He researched as said it was a safety feature and could not be done.

Just purchased (8/16/03) black on black RX330 with performance package (which includes NAV and sports suspension) for 42,600. Sticker total was 46,202.
