I have a 2002 GS430...It has 17 inch rims stock but chrome I plan on keeping.... the car has about 100k and I was thinking up upgrading the suspension... I love the smooth ride of the lexus..I occasionally get wild on it..but thats once inawhile.. my question is... should I replace only the shocks and struts? if so what kind? Also would now be a good time to change out the springs? if so what kind? I wouldnt mind a 1 inch drop..but dont wnat to sacrifice the ride quality. thanks for your help!!!

you guys are mad... I paid 120 for pads, 400 for new rotors, and a shop charged 100 to put it all on. $620 out the door buy your own parts from lexus online parts places like sewell lexus parts..and bring it all to a shop for installation. youll save a ton

well weirdest thing happen today.. got in my car..and now all speakers work?????? is this an amp problem..or a loose wire somewere...so weird!!!

yea i only get the nav voice on the drivers side...the side that works.. hmmm i guess i could try testing the speakers to see if they are blownn....but what are the odds of both front and back speakers blown... jesus...this is drving me nuts yea i tried that..when i fade to the right..its really really faint..then when i put towards the middle..the driver side..comes alive and sounds perfect possibilies . number one is the speaker is blown but you havent said whether the voice nav still works or is it faint also. if voice nav also faint then . number 2 the drivers door speaker gets signal from the amp to the nav computer amp in the trunk. there the voice nav amp inside the computer interupts and mutes the sound signal for voice communications. it could be stuck on mute. the only way to know for sure would be to switch the computer with a known working computer .
