  1. Thanks ever so much. I will find that damn horn if I have to dismantle the engine. And yes I better take the accelerator problem to someone who can fix it. :)
  2. My horn (s) stopped working. I found the low tone horn on the opposite side of where the battery is, but I can't find another horn. I bought a new one and replaced it, not very loud and embarrassing ! I think I am supposed to have 2 horns, a high and low tone. Can someone direct me to where it may be under the hood? Also when I first attempt to push the accelerator down it sometimes sticks and then the car jumps when it kicks in. Is that a grease related thing? How do I fix it? Thanks Jim (50scadillac) My 57 Caddy Limo never had that problem!!
  3. Is there an order in which you bleed each wheel? The farthest away from the master cylinder first?
  4. I always do a bleed or a fluid change as a one man operation. 1st. thing is to KEEP THE FLUID FULL! I use and prefer a hand vacuum pump bleeding system. It comes with everything you need. You just have to make sure you put teflon tape or heavy grease or whatever will hold the vacuum at the bleeder threads so that it doesn't just want to suck air at the threads. It's an easy, one man operation. I recently changed the fluid in my DIL's RX that way. Might I add, the fluid with 10 yrs. and 130k mi. on it looked new!! No, it's never been changed before.
  5. How do you change the brake fluid and bleed the brakes in a 99 Rx 300 awd ?
