  1. Check Here for an illustrated pictorial on how to change the oil in the late LS400 cars.
  2. A donwloadable PDF file appears here.
  3. To access the four bolts retaining the climate/radio control assembly, the veneered console wood panel and the center vents have to be removed. That's easier said than done. Follow this pictorial and you will avoid damage to your costly interior trim. My pictorial applies to late LS400 series cars - it shows my 2000 LS400. Why would you want to remove the radio? Well, if it's faulty it has to be repaired. But I have more nefarious reasons. Watch this space.
  4. Off center? Come, come.... And for those interested in how to glue things in place, you may like to check here.
  5. A few thoughts on Lexus wheel locks here.
  6. I picked this up from an Hong Kong seller on eBay who stated that it's standard on Asian cars. It emulates the chrome trunk strip on Mercedes cars, giving your fingers something to rest on when closing the trunk. Very well made with a 3M adhesive strip. Plus it looks rather good, no?
