I've had my transmission looked at months ago. They said everything was fine, someone said it could be my catalytic converter but I have no clue what it could be

When I go up hills my car loses power, and the rpms fly up but still no power. I've tried almost everything spark plugs, fuel cleaner, fuel injectors etc. nothing is helping.
