RX300 2000 2nd owner Original ower bought from Lexus of Concord and I bought it from her @4k I have owned it for a little over a year and already the Transmission might be out or On it's last leg. Engine was replaced at the dealership after a road trip in 2012 and the Transmission rebuilt 5 years ago at macco Recently we replaced the motor mounts and the brakes a few months ago. (did the work myself) Current issue: The car starts up it will not go into gear. It just revs. Unsure if its the tranny or something else.

Now the car will not go into hear at all. I was told it needed a rebuilt transmission or it could be something minor. Any takes on this??

So I have a 2001 Rx300 frontwheel drive and I was taking my kids to school and all of a sudden the accelerator just went out but all power remanded on. I had it towed and about 10 hours later I started her up and she driven forward a few yards so I turned it off. Any idea what could be causing this? PS. When I put the car in park after the accelerator went out I heard a clicking noise as I put it in park. 3 times this happened.
