Don't know if you've got this problem figured out but here's a solution that has worked for many: 1. Sit in the seat 2. Open the door that has the window inot working 3. Hold the window button down 4. While holding the window button down slam the door closed Repeat until it starts working. Very unusual fix, I know, but many, including me have done this and it works. If you search hard enough I believe there is even a TSB from Lexus that addresses this exact problem with this exact solution. Good luck.
