I need assistance. My car (1990 LS 400) had problem with the RPM meter; it fell off and stopped working. I took it to an electrician who loosened out the entire instrument cluster, and he unplugged all terminals and even dismantled the panel. He couldn't get it done, instead, he spoilt more of the components - temperature gauge and Economy lights. My main problem is that thereafter, I noticed an erratic idling and entire movement of the car went slow and bad.. No one around here seems to...
