Key Fob And Chiming Issue

I have the same vehicle. Here is what happens when I lock/unlock the 400h with the key fob: Lock - single chime, parking lights flash, all doors lock. Unlock (once) - double chime, parking lights flash, driver's door unlocks. Unlock (twice) - double chime, parking lights flash, all doors unlock.

Have you tried testing or replacing the battery in the key fob to eliminate that as a problem?
