  1. Are you still looking for the changer and magazine ? I have them both PM or EM me for more info. ← Yes, I am still looking for the magazine. I need just the magazine that you put the cd's into. For some reason I am not able to PM or EM you, I keep getting an error message.
  2. I bought a used 1999 Lexus RX300 that did not have the CD changer or magazine and I am looking to buy one on ebay. Can anyone please tell me what magazine model or part # goes to my Lexus? I have the Nakamichi sound system and the changer is located in the glove box.
  3. Okay, after getting a lot of help from DobieG on another post, I have found the problem. It was a blown fuse just as I had suspected, but without the owner's manual I did not know that that little storage box on the drivers side is really the driver's side instrument panel once it is removed. I had found that the panel fuse was blown and I replaced it and all is well. Sounds pretty obvious , but all my other cars just have a door instead of of a little storage box as a door. Does anyone know why they did not just put a door there or is the little storage box supposed to double as something else? Hope this helps someone else. :D
  4. Thank you. After posting, I, by some luck, found information on how to program it, but thank you very much, the owner manual link will help me. Hopefully my post and your information will help out someone else too. :D Programming Note: For best results, replace the battery in the handheld transmitter with a new battery before programming. If your garage door opener receiver (located in the garage) is equipped with an antenna, make sure the antenna is hanging straight down. 1. For first-time programming, press and hold the two outside buttons until the indicator light begins to flash (after 20 seconds). Release both buttons. Note: Some vehicles may require the ignition switch to be turned to the second (or “accessory” ) position during the programming process. 2. Hold the end of your handheld transmitter between 1 and 3 inches away from the HomeLink surface (located on your visor or overhead console) keeping the indicator light in view. 3. Using both hands, simultaneously push the handheld transmitter button and the desired HomeLink button. DO NOT release the buttons until step 4 has been completed. 4. Hold down both buttons until the indicator light on the HomeLink Wireless Control System flashes, first slowly then rapidly. When the indicator light flashes rapidly, both buttons may be released. (The rapidly flashing light indicates successful programming of the new frequency signal.) To activate the garage door or other programmed device, press and hold the HomeLink button—releasing when the device begins to activate. 5. To program the remaining two buttons, follow steps 2 through 4.
  5. My 1999 Lexus RX300 came without the owners manual. Does anyone know how to program the garage door opener?:whistles:
  6. Yes, the lights are all turned on, I have fiddled with everything and tried many different things and I don't know what is going on. I have tried all the fuses, but I don't know what fuse those lights go to. :cries:
  7. I just bought a 99 Lexus RX300 and the lights in the radio buttons, gear shifter and ashtray do not work. Has anyone had this problem and how was it resolved? I do not know if it is a blown fuse or if it is a problem with the in the wiring that is located in the center console. If this is just a blown fuse, what is the abbreviation for the fuse that I need to replace in the fuse box. If it is a problem in the wiring, how might I fix it myself?
