    Finally found it! Much easier than trying to find you question again to respond to it! 1. Login 2. Click on the Dropdown tab next to your login ID (it should display a "Your Profile" popup when the mouse is held over it 3. Under "PROFILE SETTTINGS" (left edge of panel) Click on "EMAIL & PASSWORD" Under PASSWORD (lower center of panel) Enter your CURRENT PASSWORD and NEW PASSWORD (in 2 places) 4. Click "SAVE CHANGES" It does not respond if all went okay, probably does if otherwise. Hope this helps!

    Here is the answer I received from Steve, the owner:

    "its probably because they need to post a couple of times for their account to upgrade itself. Stops spammers using the PM system"

    Some small blindspot mirrors might help. Since the car mirrors tilt downwards when in reverse, they may be better placed on the top edge of the car mirrors. I am in the process of buying a SC430 so may be exploring this option myself soon!

    I am a "noobie" as of today. I have received 2 "friend" messages but receive error message "[#10226] You are not allowed to use the private messaging system." when I try to respond.

    I cannot find proper support doc or find a work-around. Thanks for any guidance you can provide.
