As of today, my 2002 RX300 accumulate 140K+. No major repaired. Replaced belt last year at Lexus dealer ship costed a forturn. To date, replace brake and rotor. Changed trasmission fluid 2 years ago. Didn't follow maintenance schedule except for the first few years. Car is running great.
