My antenna is only coming up about 6 in, when I turn on the radio....but continues to buzz for a while...is it stuck? Is this a fuse issue?

Probably plastic (gear toothed) rod inside antenna mast is broken. Can just replace mast kit 86309-50030. If you remove nut and cap on top of antenna and turn on radio it should eject the mast and then the broken piece of the inner mast should come out. New unit will come with installation instructions.
