I am looking to replace the black plastic sill plate on the rear bumper. You know the piece that says Lexus on th e top of the rear bumper

Mine is cracked but the bumper is fine Anybody know if /where i can replace it?

Yep, I think it is just held on with double sided tape.

It's held in place with a super duty double-sided tape. You should be able to pull it off - perhaps in pieces - with a little effort. A solvent like Goof Off (Goop Off?) should help remove the tape/adhesive from the bumper. The replacement kit is available from your friendly Lexus parts department.

I found a used one for my RX300 in real good shape on EBAY very cheap and put it on with super strength double sided tape from Advanced Auto. Been on for two years and no problems.
