This is my first initiated topic. I scanned the guidelines for new members and initiating threads, but if I missed something, please don't hestiate to correct me.

The issue I'm having is synching, or uploading, my cellphone's address book to my car.

My car is a 2008 GS350. According to the Lexus site (here), my phone (a Samsung sway) should be able to tranfer multiple numbers to the handsfree system.

I have gone through the steps in the owner's manual. When I start the transfer process, the systems indicates that it's doing the transfer but it never completes it. I have let it go for as long as an hour and the transfer is never complete. I don't have a huge address book in my cellphone (less than 100 contacts), so I think an hour is more than enough time to fully synch.

So, I'm scratching my head here and wondering if anyone has any tips or guidance. Thanks in advance.
