I need a new muffler for my LX470. The stock one under the passenger rear seat (the rear muffler) has a small rust hole in it and it stinks and it is rattling too. So I want one that is going to be as quite as the factory one. Anyone have any suggestions?

My advice is get the factory unit, but buy it at Toyota. Lexus marks up the same part as the Landcruiser uses higher than Toyota. I'm sure Toyota can install it also. And don't go to Midas.
