Hey guys,

I have a 04 IS300 and the driver side door lock does not seem to work with the key transmitter. Every other door works except the driver side, I have done research on forums and it seems like my door actuator is busted. I was wondering if you guys knew the part number or knew which car from the Toyota company has the same exact one as the IS because I would prefer to get it at the toyota dealership rather then the Lexus stealership. Lexus quoted $165 for the part, I am sure if I could purchase it from Toyota it would be way cheaper. Thanks in advance!

You could try sewell lexus parts online. They are much cheaper than the local dealers. You can search their site by car model and part.

I have the same exact problem on my 04 IS300. It started about two weeks ago. I would like to know how to change it after you buy the part.
