I have a 2008 ls460. I have the original remote and I would like to buy a used one from ebay. Anyone know where I should bring to prgram it?

Here is what i find:

Longo lexus charge $125 to program.
Glendale does not program pre-programmed key.
Lexus santa monica does not program pre-programmed key.

Anyone know a dealer in southern california who program pre-programmed key for less?
