i'm in thecarbiz and buy quite a few cars for myself i'd say at least 1 maybe 2 a year.so when i saw the new is vertcoming out i told the dealership to let meknow when they were there went down on the 15 th took it for a ride.and liked it.now before going there i had mycar guys ( the used car mgr and buyer) find out exactly what my 08 335 vert with 15,000 miles on it was worth.the answe was between 41,000 and 45,000 so i figured 43,00 would be a fair offer.so they had the nerve to offer me 34,000! i said you got the numbers reversed.their appraiser said there's been front end repainting.now i drove this car off the showroom floor with 8 miles on it i knes it was perfect.but i took it to a body shop and mechanic they said the car was almost new.i don't mind them taking a shot at stealing a car but i klnew my numbers. i took it back to my dealership and immediately sold if for the low 40's i orfer the is cause they said the one i wanted was at their ofther dealership and would be here for meon monday the 22, late mongay they called back. tuesday it would be here.tuesday they called. the car wasn't there but they'd have 1coming this week with a bunch of oiptions i didn't need but i said ok.we'll see what happens this week i won'y mention trhe dealer until i get the car.but never again with this guy i had bought an aston marten from his dealership a year ago but this time i'm getting screwed.if the salesman or mgr at my store acted like tiis he be washing cars not selling them

I HADi had an aston marten. i always have 2 cars one super powered tou like the am and a daily driver the bmw the am was fun but i had to take it 50 or 60 miles for service. so i traded it in for a z06 vette what a car! anyway the lexus story has a happy ending despite all the crap i went through the 09 is 250 sonic blue convertible showed up this moring and the people couldn't have been nicer or more accomadating so i'll definately go back to ray catenas. and tomorrow i get to play with the new toy. so hi everybody now i guess i oficially belong
