I just bought an '01 is300 and i would like to change a few things on it, but i wasn't sure what all my options were.

Here are some things i could use opinions on:

I would like to change the high beam lights to match the low beam HID's, can i do this? If so, do i need to buy a kit or just replacement bulbs?

The car i bought has a small crack (3in long) in the front bumper coming from the bottom, below the side marker. Does anyone know where I can find a small front lip that may cover this up?

I am also going to put some new wheels on the car, but I can't decide what to put on it. I was looking at either 18's or 19's and I would like some kind of lip on them. Does anyone have suggestions for wheels that wold go good on a silver car?

Any other suggestions to help make the car stand out in a crowd or in a parking lot? I'm open to about anything..

Thanks!
