Hi,

I'm not a big fan of the way that the forums are now displayed, in the "Posts in this topic". One has to click on each link to read each reply, this must help with the speed of the page loading, but makes for a rather inefficient reading process, as you are constantly clicking to read... One can no longer do the quick scan of all the text anymore, only snippets...

Am I the only one that finds this irritating...

Maybe if there was an "expand all" option or something...

Odd. It did that for a few days about a month ago and then went back to the regular format with all of the messages and replies displayed consecutively. Maybe it is a browser issue. I use Firefox 3.0.10 without the issue.

Yes, it was quite irritating.

I've tried FireFox, same thing.. weird. I also Use IE7. I find it strange that this would be just me, as this seems to be a server/forum setting...

We are talking about the format of how the topic, and related posts are displayed. It used to be you click on the topic, and then you can see all of the related posts in a paged fashion. Now I only see the "Posts in this topic" a summary type view...

Try going to the top of the forum underneath the header and banner on the right side. Do you see an "options" button? click on that and see if maybe your in outline mode. Make sure your using the standard format.

Yer welcome.

For some reason that does seem to switch itself. I don't know why. I've had other members experience the same issue. I'll bring that up to management.
