2004 RX330
So far I found my passenger side mirror is hardly adjusted. It become sticky or weakly. Today It is finally dead. I still can hear the motor sound when I push button, but it just never move at all. Please help!

sounds like the gears have worn out ... try to take it apart and change them ? if you are not comfortable doing that then find a bodyshop/dealership ?

around a $350 repair at the dealership Im afraid unless you are still covered under your 50K warranty !
