I have used IRA Lexus in Danvers and was not satisfied with the quality of service the last two times. I am coming up on a timing belt replacement which was quoted kind of pricey. I am reluctant to go to IRA, and would like to find an independent shop that is more affordable and I can meet with the mechanic face to face. Any suggestions for the Woburn, MA area?

Try your local Toyota dealer. Lexus is made by Toyota and Toyota does work for alot less than Lexus.
