Anyone ever install a DVD player headrest in a RX350? The dealer quoted up to 6 hours.

i do them all the time.... 2 hours TOPS....

What all is involved with the two DVD Player in the headrest set installation in regards to a 2007 RX350?
Is removal of the center console required? Best method for this?
Where is the controller module typically mounted/placed?
Do you typically tap into the 12VDC circuit located at the front of the lower center console?
Any additional pointers you can think of?
