Is there any way to input music from my phone mp3 player thru audio system? It will accept bluetooth hands free calling but not stereo music tracks.

I think the Lexus cars have to be compatible with Bluetooth A2DP stereo support, and I have not found anything that says that Lexus supports A2DP.

Bluetooth stereo or A2DP is available on the 2010 RX and Toyota Venza - soon on the Avalon and Prius too. This will allow you to listen to the music on your phone over the stereo in the vehicle (without cables).

Make sure the cellphone is A2DP compatible as well.
