Hello all!! We are looking at a particular GX, but the seller who resides out of town is unsure of the towing features of the truck. From the pictures, i can tell it doesn't have the hitch - but what exactly should i be looking for besides that? Does the towing package include items such as a transmission cooler, or heavy duty alternator? The truck is a 2006.

I though all GX comes with the tranny cooler and high output alternator. I believe the option for the 06 GX is called a tow prep package, not a tow package. The tow prep package is nothing more than the silly wire harness in the back to hook onto your trailer.
