I am wanting to upgrade my nav system on my gx470 2004 to 7.1? B4 I buy the DVD, wanting to know how to install. Is it as easy as popping it into the DVD?

Yes replace the navigation disc that is currently in the drive under your front passenger seat.

all current order for the DVD update will be drop from the supplier. new verson 8.1 is due out November.
Just bought a 2005 GX. If I upgrade the Navigation software, will that improve the map display? It's grainy compared to 2007 and 2008 displays.
Look on ebay for better deals for the latest dvd updates!
