I have a 2000 RX300 and the driver seat has a 2" tear on one of the leather panel. Any recommened shop I can have it repair/replace?

Call your local Lexus dealer, and ask them who they send their upholstery work to (if no one chimes in). I did that when I wanted some upholstery work done to my former ES300, and my dealer referred me to an outstanding upholsterer.
