My 7 year old daughter played in my car today and now mysteriously my key won't turn. I can open/close the locks as well as the trunk. The steering wheel reacts when I insert the key, it just won't turn from the "locked" position. Is this a security feature I don't know of?

Turn the steering wheel (more like jiggle it one way or the other) as you try and turn the key. Sounds like the steering wheel is locked out, which prevents the key from turning around.

could be the wrong key... I know I tried using the wrong key on a lexus before and it went it but didn't turn.

My car does the same thing I have to turn the key to left and then to the right to the ON and Start position. If i just put the key in and try to start it, it will just make a click noise and won't start.
