I have just leased a new RX400h and the dealer is too far away for me to go there for the warranty service (1000mile, 5000mile etc). The closest dealers are Lexus of Santa Monica and Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills. Please share experience going to these dealers service departments.

I've never had experience with Jim Falk, but I've been with Lexus of SM for about four years now.
The service manager's are very knowledgable and friendly -- awesome customer service
I know most of the mechanics there too. They seem very well trained and do the best job on my car.
I just purchased my new IS250 from them and am comfortable knowing that they are taking care of my car.
If you're going in, u should ask for "Oscar". Let him know Sexxyy sent u. He'll take good care of u
