My 98 GS300 try to start itself randomly while parked with the alarm going off. I recently install a kill switch which has been removed but its still having thesame problem and now it doesnt start.

You have some sort of device trying to remote start your car, because of it not being installed properly to disable the oem alarm with a key in the ignition it is setting the alarm off .
