Do you just make an appointment to have whatever you need fixed? Then, hand them the respective form for the TSB? Could you please explain the procedure on getting TSB's taken care of?
You tell them what the problem is and they have the TSB. Then make your appointment to get it fixed. They sent letters out on the seat belt and fuel line problems. The dealers have all of them on file.
We try to keep up on the TSB's so our members are informed.
My dealer actually didn't want copies of the TSBs. They told me they would prefer to troubleshoot the problem on their own first, rather than blindly perform a TSB (which makes sense, other than, say, the brake dust).
