I am a new member to the Lexus Owners Club and I am trying to download a few of the PDF attachments to some of the posted messages but I keep receiving the following message:


Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.

The error returned was:
Sorry, but you do not have permission to use this feature. If you are not logged in, you may do so using the form below if available.


What am I doing wrong?

You were probably logged out due to the fact that certain updates to this website caused some members to be logged out.

The reason for this is that you need to post a few times to the boards before you can download or PM.

As soon as you have a few posts under your belt then your account automatically upgrades and more features will available.

Due to the upgrade this "download" feature has changed where only certain groups can download.
