I called several dealers today trying to get a part number and when I asked if they could give me the number they said no? Then I asked why not and they said Lexus doesn't allow them to??? I've never heard of something so stupid. Glad I have my parts book.

I am a Lexus Parts Mgr and have not heard of Lexus saying anything like that.I do know Dealerships that will not give you the # or will give out incorrect #'s on purpose.I figure if I do my job well and charge a fair price I will sell it.
