It would be practical if one could edit the topic title when creating a new post/thread. After starting a new topic if one chooses to edit the post, The title can't be edited, Even when the " full edit " was available one could not edit the title. Thanx for the consideration on this.

just ask a mod, I can change the title to whatever you change your mind too.
