When clicking on another member's profile, any attempt to send them an email or PM registers as an error message that says I do not have permission. I have briefly looked over the guidelines and see no reason why this occurs.

It does the same if I go in my own profile and try to send a PM that way either.

You should be able to use both PMs and email since you're over 20 posts.

Those features are locked out until a member reaches 20 posts in an attempt to keep people from spamming all of you through the board.
