The ATF ie the WS fluid as per Lexus, does not require change as far as the life of the vehicle, only requires topping up at once in 10,000 mile if ever required. This was the information given by Sewell to me. I do not have the manual, but if somebody has can let you know. But to experience, The WS ATF is one of the best ATF ever technology given by lexus for its vehicles.

This TSB was issued when the ATF WS was introduced for lexus vehicles, make sure you read the said note para. cheers
