Community Status Updates

My transmission went out. Completely locked up. I had the car towed to a transmission shop, and when I went to pick up my car, the ABS light was on. Transmission shop says it came in that way. Question 1: Would towing of the car cause an ABS problem? Question 2: Why would the AAA approved shop that I then took it to charge me over $100 for diagnosing the "ABS light on ***Code 31 right front wheel speed sensor stored in computer***?
